Welcome to our website. The URL www.blissfulhomes.com.au is owned and operated by Just Synergistic Brilliance Pty Ltd ABN. By visiting, viewing, or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use that govern the relationship between you and Just Synergistic Brilliance in connection with this website.

The terms ‘Blissful Homes,’ ‘us,’ ‘our,’ or ‘we’ refer to Just Synergistic Brilliance Pty Ltd, the owner of this website. The terms ‘you’ or ‘’your’ refer to the website user.

Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be changed at any time without notice.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

The following terms are used throughout these terms and conditions and are defined as follows:

Customer means a registered user of the Blissful Homes website that can book a cleaning job;

Equipment and Materials means any equipment (i.e. vacuums, mops, etc.) and materials (i.e. cleaning products, cloths etc.) that may be necessary to complete a Job;

Job means any domestic or commercial cleaning service booked by a Customer on Blissful Homes website or through communication with Blissful Homes staff;

Independent Cleaning Contractor means a party that undertakes Jobs for Customers, and has entered a Independent Cleaning Contractor Agreement with Just Synergistic Brilliance Pty Ltd.

Service means introduction or placement of a registered Independent Cleaning Contractor on request by a customer and the domestic cleaning services that are subsequently carried out for the customer by the registered Independent Cleaning Contractor;

Job Fee means the price paid by the Customer for a Job, as published by Blissful Homes and/or agreed between the Customer and Blissful Homes from time to time;

Job Request means a request for a Job made by a Customer to Blissful Homes on the Blissful Homes website or via phone or email;

Location means the address of the Customer or other location where the Independent Cleaning Contractor is to complete the Job;

Independent Cleaning Contractor Agreement means an agreement between Just Synergistic Brilliance and a Independent Cleaning Contractor setting out the terms on which the Independent Cleaning Contractor may provide services to Customers via Just Synergistic Brilliance.

Tax Invoice has the meaning given to it in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth);

User means any Customer that uses the Blissful Homes website.

WEBSITE USAGE

General 

  • To access the Blissful Homes website, you need to log in and set up your account. 

  • By using the Blissful Homes website and booking any Jobs through it, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

  • When an Independent Cleaning Contractor accepts a Job from a Customer, it establishes an independent agreement between them based on the terms outlined in this Agreement. 

  • Anyone over the age of 18 can use the Blissful Homes website to request and book Jobs in areas where Independent Cleaning Contractors are available. 

  • Only Independent Cleaning Contractors with an active Independent Cleaning Contractor Agreement with Blissful Homes are allowed to undertake Jobs through the Blissful Homes website. 

  • The Customer acknowledges that each Job is performed independently by the Independent Cleaning Contractor, and that Blissful Homes does not directly provide any of the services in a Blissful Homes Job to the Customer. 

Features 

The Blissful Homes website enables Customers to: 

  • request and book Jobs with Independent Cleaning Contractors; 

  • make payments to Blissful Homes; 

  • rate Independent Cleaning Contractors and Jobs; and 

  • manage their Blissful Homes website account. 

Making a booking 

To book a Job, the Customer must submit a Booking Request from the Blissful Homes website. 

The Booking Request will be confirmed within 24 hours. 

Blissful Homes cannot guarantee that a Independent Cleaning Contractor will accept any Job Request. 

Regular Cleaning Subscriptions: 

  • If you commit to a minimum period, you will receive a discount. Please note that if you cancel your plan before the end of the minimum commitment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. Note that if you just sign up to a regular weekly or fortnightly clean, you are not locked into a plan and can cancel at any time, full terms and conditions are below. 

  • Minimum Commitment: If you have chosen one of the Blissful Homes cleaning plans with a Weekly or Fortnightly discount, these options have a minimum commitment of 3 cleans. If you cancel the service before your third clean has been rendered, you will be required to pay an amount equal to the discount you received. 

  • Rescheduling cleans: You can reschedule cleans up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking via the website or 24 hours before by calling us at no charge. If you make a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled booking, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $60, part of which may be allocated to the Independent Cleaning Contractor for loss of work. 

Move-In/Out Cleaning Service/Deep Clean  

  • The cleaning service does not guarantee your security deposit refund (rental bond etc), just in case the stain does not come out of the caulking around the tub and shower the caulking will need to be replaced due to it having mould in the caulk. The property needs to be empty of everything and no trash or furniture to be left behind. The service does not include hard rubbish removal. If your home is furnished during a deep clean then your cleaning will be limited to areas that can be accessed. 

  • Additional hours are billed per each cleaning staff if more hours are needed to complete the job. 

  • We clean as a team, for instance, if there are 3 people in the team, this means a 6-hour clean will be completed in 2 hours. This does not change the cost or the quality of the cleaning. This is also the same for additional hours, for instance, if there are 3 people cleaning for 20 minutes, 1 hour will be charged. 

  • If you have any special requirements such as internal windows, blinds, walls etc you need to add it to your booking request. These tasks are called optional extras and require extra time to complete and will be billed accordingly. 

  • We are happy for you to check on the job. 

  • The Independent Cleaning Contractor will bring all products on your appointment day. 

 

Residential Cleaning Exclusions

The following areas are excluded from all bookings and are not covered by Blissful Homes:  

  • Moving heavy or large furniture items,  

  • Grout cleaning of floors, 

  • Mould removal from grout and silicone, 

  • Carpet Steam Cleaning,

  • Cleaning ceilings,  

  • Cleaning between the glass sheets on ovens,  

  • Rubbish removal,  

  • Human or animal waste removal,  

  • Stained silicone, adhesive removal, paint removal,  

  • Air conditioning filters,  

  • Fly screens and curtains 

  • High-pressure cleaning,  

  • Concrete stains,  

  • Garages,  

  • Exterior of the property (including outside windows),  

  • Gardens, pools, BBQs,  

  • Pest control.

Cleaning Job 

  • The Independent Cleaning Contractor agrees to arrive at the Location at the time specified by the Customer. 

  • The Independent Cleaning Contractor will perform the Job to a professional standard. If a Job is not completed satisfactorily (as determined solely by Blissful Homes), the Independent Cleaning Contractor will rectify the issue at the earliest availability. 

  • If the Job request involves the provision of Equipment & Materials, the Independent Cleaning Contractor will ensure they have them with them. Otherwise, the Customer must ensure they have all necessary Equipment & Materials for the Independent Cleaning Contractor to perform the Job via the Blissful Homes website. 

  • The Customer is responsible for providing the Independent Cleaning Contractor with a safe working environment. This includes, but is not limited to, securely restraining all animals, ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order (and approved for use), there are no hazardous conditions (such as exposed live electricity), and there are no unannounced individuals at the Location. Independent Cleaning Contractors do not use tall ladders or move any heavy furniture. These types of activities put cleaners in danger or could even damage something in your home such as scratches on your wood floors. If you would like us to clean behind appliances (such as behind or under refrigerators, ovens, sofas, or other furniture), please move it prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to the area. 

  • The Customer acknowledges that the Independent Cleaning Contractor is not responsible for minor wear and tear during a Job. Additionally, the Independent Cleaning Contractor shall not be held liable for any breakage valued under $100, provided such breakage was genuinely accidental and occurred during the performing the Job. The Customer agrees that the Independent Cleaning Contractor shall have the primary right to rectify, repair, or replace services to address any damage or incomplete work. 

 

Cancellations 

  • The Customer may cancel any booking on the Blissful Homes website no less than 48 hours or via phone no less than 24 hours prior without penalty or charge. 

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 cancellation fee. 

  • If the Independent Cleaning Contractor arrives at a job booked by a Customer and, at no fault of their own, is unable to perform the job then the Customer will incur a $100 callout fee. This callout fee applies to, but it not limited to, the following circumstances:  

    • The Independent Cleaning Contractor cannot access the property because the Customer is either not present at the property to let them in or has forgotten to leave a key in a location which has been clearly described; 

    • The Independent Cleaning Contractor do not have access to the facilities necessary to perform their job, such as water and electricity; 

    • The property is not completely empty prior to move in / move out (i.e. if any furniture, boxes, rubbish, or personal items are present); 

    • The presence of other individuals at the property, such as tradesmen, carpet cleaners, or painters, hinders the Independent Cleaning Contractor’s ability to perform their job to the best of their ability. 

    • Inaccurate or dishonest booking, project out of the scope of the original booking 

    • Being rude to staff or contractors,  

    • Breaching the Customer’s Obligations outlined in this document, and/or incorrect or non-functioning billing information or late payments.  

    • Blissful Homes will cancel future services to the Customer if Blissful Homes believes the Customer’s expectations or requirements cannot be met. This is to ensure the Customer s always provided with a service they will be satisfied with. 

  • If an Independent Cleaning Contractor is unable to attend a Job, Blissful Homes will make its best efforts to find a replacement. However, if a replacement Independent Cleaning Contractor cannot be found, Blissful Homes will not be liable to the Customer, and no Job Fees will be charged. 

 

Ratings 

  • The Customer can use the rating system on the Blissful Homes website to rate and provide feedback on the Independent Cleaning Contractor and each Job. 

  • The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and to not unreasonably give an Independent Cleaning Contractor or Job a low rating. 

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a job, they should first address the issue with Blissful Homes, which will strive to resolve the matter within 2 business days. 

 

Arrival Time

  • Due to our ever-changing schedule and the fact that Independent Cleaning Contractor don’t finish each home at an exact time, it is very difficult to commit to an exact arrival time (except for first thing in the morning). Independent Cleaning Contractor service homes between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will strive to arrive within a 2-hour window of the scheduled time given to you. Many factors can affect the Independent Cleaning Contractor ‘s schedules, such as cancellations, traffic, and lockouts. If the Independent Cleaning Contractor is running late for your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible with a new expected arrival time. If no specific arrival time is indicated, the cleaning will be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Our cleaners appreciate your flexibility and, when possible, please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time.

 

Payment Terms

  • The Customer shall pay Blissful Homes the Job Fee for a Job undertaken by an Independent Cleaning Contractor. A hold will be placed on the card 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. The Job Fee will be charged to the Customer’s credit card within 24 hours of the Job has been completed. 

  • In certain instances, Customers may receive invoices for cleaning services and be obligated to settle the Job Fee via bank transfer. This arrangement may pertain to, but is not restricted to, NDIS Cleaning Services and Builders New Home Cleaning Services. Customers commit to remit full payment for their invoices within 15 days of completing the Job. 

  • Customers with Job Fees overdue by 30 days or more will be subject to a late payment administration fee, which will be added to the total Job Fee. The late payment administration fee for Job Fees overdue by 30 days or more will amount to 10% of the total Job Fee. 

  • Customers agree not to make direct payments to Independent Cleaning Contractor. Any services rendered in conjunction with payments made directly to Independent Cleaning Contractor will nullify all guarantees, and Blissful Homes will not be held liable for any services provided in relation to payments made directly to the Independent Cleaning Contractor. 

  • If the Customer fails to settle the Job Fee along with the 10% late payment administration fee within 90 days from the Job date, Blissful Homes will enlist the services of a debt collector. In addition to the Job Fee and the late payment administration fee, the Customer will be responsible for covering the debt collection fees. 

  • Blissful Homes will remit payment of Job Fees to Independent Cleaning Contractor as outlined in the Independent Cleaning Contractor Agreement. 

  • If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, you must notify Blissful Homes via email within 24 hours of the job’s completion. The email should clearly specify the items / areas that were not cleaned to your satisfaction and include photographs to support your claims. 

  • Customers acknowledge that we typically become fully booked days in advance. Therefore, if a re-clean is necessary, customers will allow us up to 5 business days to arrange it, ensuring it does not disrupt other customers’ bookings. 

  • Customers understand that some stains may not be removable by any Independent Cleaning Contractor. Under no circumstances will a Independent Cleaning Contractor be dispatched to redo a job to attempt stain removal from any surface. This includes addressing pet hair embedded in carpet fibers, removing urine, or eliminating odors. 

  • Customers understand that for a move-in/move-out service to be conducted effectively, the property must be entirely free of furniture, boxes, rubbish, and personal items. If any such items are present during the service and the customer opts to proceed regardless, a satisfactory clean cannot be guaranteed. 

  • In specific scenarios, the initially estimated total labor hours for a service may prove inaccurate due to various factors, such as the property’s condition being worse than anticipated, larger size than expected, increased number of windows or kitchens, etc. Should the cleaning job require more labor hours than initially estimated, the customer must consent to covering the additional labor hours necessary for satisfactory completion (as determined solely by Blissful Homes). 

 

Refunds 

  • Blissful Homes may, at their discretion, offer a refund or credit for the Job Fee (as deemed appropriate) if the Job cannot be performed or satisfactorily completed through no fault of the Customer. Refunds will only be provided according to legal requirements and not in other circumstances. 

 

Zero Tolerance

  • Blissful Homes and the Independent Cleaning Contractors will not tolerate and will seize Service to the Client who displays the following behavior; 

    • Verbally or physically aggressive 

    • Threatening, rude or abusive 

    • Inappropriate advances (sexual harassment and other types) 

    • Bad behaviour, overly demanding 

 

General Terms and Conditions

  • The information provided on this website is for general purposes only and is subject to change without prior notice. This website utilizes cookies to track browsing preferences.   • By accessing or utilizing the Blissful Homes website, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions. Upon acceptance, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and utilize the Blissful Homes website, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. 

  • You acknowledge that Blissful Homes reserves the right to issue a license to any other user or users as it deems appropriate and without limitation. 

  • Blissful Homes reserves the right to revoke or suspend the license of any user at its absolute discretion for any reason it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of the Independent Cleaning Contractor Agreement, if the user is an Independent Cleaning Contractor. 

  • You acknowledge that the Blissful Homes website is hosted by Just Synergistic Brilliance Pty Ltd, and as a hosted and managed service, Just Synergistic Brilliance Pty Ltd reserves the rights to upgrade, maintain, tune, backup, amend, add or remove features, redesign, improve, or otherwise alter the Blissful Homes website. 

  • We or any third parties do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or errors, and we expressly exclude any liability for such to the fullest extent permissible by law. 

  • The material on this website is either owned by us or licensed to us. This material includes the content, design, layout, appearance, look, and graphics of the website. Any reproduction of the website’s material is strictly prohibited, except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. 

  • All trademarks reproduced on this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to us, are duly acknowledged on the website. 

  • Unauthorized use of this website may constitute a criminal offense and/or give rise to a claim for damages. 

  • This website may occasionally include links to other websites that are not under our control. These links are provided for your convenience to offer further information.   • You agree not to solicit, canvass, or approach any of the Blissful Homes Independent Cleaning Contractor to establish a relationship with that person or entity for any business that competes with the business of Blissful Homes. Customers who engage in private arrangements for cleaning services with our Independent Cleaning Contractors agree to pay a $1,000 Cleaning Contractors referral fee to Blissful Homes. 

  • Blissful Homes adheres to a privacy policy that complies with relevant privacy legislation for the data it collects about users. However, it’s important to note that this privacy policy does not extend to how a Independent Cleaning Contractor handles personal information.
